Absolutely awful experience. Ordered textbooks back at beginning of semester and when I went to pick up my books one was on back order. So I waited for an email on confirmation and never got one and a month later went in to see and the lady was super rude and said some late orders just don’t get done(which it was not a late order). She then ordered it again through the store and it had been another month and I just called to see and they said they cancelled my order because they didn’t have any AND NEVER TOLD ME. I’ve suffered in this class because of this and my friends had no issues getting this book. Awful communication and service.
They have extremely good customer service with helping find books. The knicknacks are quite cute too.. BOSS
