We really like Einstein Bros Bagels. They are fresh, always warm, healthy and most varieties are vegan.nnThey serve as great breakfast and fill you up and not make you feel hungry soon. If you like to try different kinds, this is a right place that can get you going in that direction.nnWith many franchises all over, you can easily stop by at any one and expect the same quality everywhere. Been a very happy customer for a few years so far.
Weak customer service. Coffee frequently cold. Milk sometimes spoiled. Lady at the register could hardly be less interested. Who knows? Maybe she’s just having a bad life. But why be in a public facing job if you’re that unhappy?
Very quick, but not at all what I ordered. At least be cordial if you’re going to be bad at your job.
I called to ask for no capers on my bagel and the manager told me I had to call door dash and then hung up on me. I don’t know what kind of day she’s having, but I don’t appreciate her rude behavior towards me.
I come here every Saturday because my kids have a class near by. At least twice a month they mix up our order. Today takes the cake! I always order 4 of the exact same bagel. Nothing fancy, they aren't toasted, no cream cheese. Just 4 of the exact same bagel. Today I ended up a bagel short, with 3 completely different bagels from what we ordered. Once is a mistake but this establishment has now created a pattern. Sadly, I didn't have time to run back in for it to be corrected. I will be going somewhere else from now on.
