Wow! I just recently got turned onto bagels and personally this is the best tasting bagels I've had. I like a bagels that will fill me up so I got a Ranch Cutlet Sandwich on the Everything Bagel and added avocado. The bagel alone was delicious! I will definitely be coming back for brunch!
If you’re craving for a great NY bagel this is the spot. The bagels are fresh soft chewy inside and crunchy outside when toasted. The cream cheese spreads are great, very generous. The sandwiches are just like the deli chicken cutlet sandwiches I would get back home in NY. All you need is an Arizona or some coffee and your meals complete! Highly recommend this place!
Great college vibe. Tried the Pesto Chicken Cutlet sandwich on everything bagel and added Russian dressing on recommendation of staff. The chicken was so thin and crispy. What a surprising and savory treat! Will definitely go back. Lunch hour will have a wait. Be patient.
The ONLY place in Dallas to get bagels that are anywhere near NY style. Sandwiches are always warm, stacked with fillings, cheesy(if you get cheese), and delicious! We tried Benny’s when we first moved here a couple of years ago and were so disappointed that they dared to brand themselves as NY style. Shug’s has been an answer to our bagel prayers in Dallas!
