Very busy shipping out deliveries. Took a little while for someone to come to the counter to help me out. Lots of fresh cookies in the display, so when I did get help it was super fast and the individual behind the counter was very friendly and cheerful.nnClearly their main focus is in the delivery business. I got an ice cream sandwich. It was good, but you kinda have to eat them straight away as they start to melt on you. Also, you can choose a different cookie for each side. I thought that was cool, but the two cookie I chose did not taste well together, so think hard in your choices if you mix them.
Tiffs treats never disappoints. What a great business. They deserve all their success. Great product. Delivered warm cookies! Genius!
WINNIE IS THE BEST! My company had placed an order for delivery, but had unknowingly provided an old address. Winnie was our cookie deliverer and went above and beyond to not only locate a NEW address, but then called us to let us know that they had moved, and then still made the delivery. Tiff's Treats is always delicious, but Winnie's excellent service, attentiveness, friendliness, and commitment made it a great experience! Thanks, Winnie!
I had a wonderful experience with Tiff's! I sent some cookies to my cousin & someone stole them, and they had a new batch of cookies at his doorstep within an hour. Customer service is superb and cookies are always on point.
DISGUSTING!! Wish I could give them 0 stars. Do not order from here I love toff’s treats I ordered it for my boyfriend to try for the first time! And what do you know we opened our perfectly wrapped box or cookies to see that a cookie on the second row has been bitten off of and put back into the box and sealed! All during a PANDEMIC COVID-19! And that fact that we ate from the box without knowing has my skin crawling! Absolutely inhuman!!!!
