The quality of service rendered when you go into establishments is of great essence. Understanding how to extend a helping hand or offer assistance when you notice a customer who is looking for something speaks professionalism. Learning about your store and the products as well. Everytime I visited the store the workers always knew where I could locate an item I was looking for.nnI value being treated as a VIP every visit. I am a educator and I teach our student population to be respected and provide quality customer service. Because word of mouth goes along way for the quantity of service you will obtain for longevity of the establishment.nnI can’t express how disappointing it is to get home after working all day without the items I purchased would be very disappointing. I would definitely recommend this establishment to everyone.
