Costumer service was extremely poor. Made a reservation for a Covid antibody Test. Was not given the correct information and when i showed up the staff were not helpful or understanding.

Very busy location that always seems to find a way to fill prescriptions quickly. Staff keeps a friendly face on while working quickly.

I called to check on a prescription on a Wednesday and the lady told me it was ready. So I informed her I'll pick it up Saturday morning. Come Saturday & the pharmacist tell me they don't have anything for me nor am I in their system. Turns out my incompetent doctors office never called it in. So why lie & tell me my prescription was there??. I called 3 times to make sure. So I had to wait until today (Monday), bc my dr isn't open on weekends, to contact my doctor. I could have called my doctor that same Wed to figure it out if that lazy woman would've done her job.

Had an insurance problem, and although it was not the pharmacy's fault, they were very rude and generally not helpful.
