I just wished the Dallas libraries would open back up. It takes so long to transfer from one branch to another.
Don't waste your time if you need papers copy you can't go in because of the pandemic
I usually just come here to study and get work done. They have great desks with outlets built in for your laptop and other chargers. The only weird thing is a feel like a get the stare down whenever I pass the circulation desk. I can't tell if I'm getting the customer service stare or the regular curious stare. Either way I just pretend I'm secretly famous and stroll on by.
Amazing library with wonderful friendly and knowledgeable staff. Quiet and clean as well. The staff keep the kids entertained quite nicely as well. If the older kids get too loud or disruptive they get them in line quickly as well to maintain the quiet atmosphere so that patrons can enjoy the atmosphere and quiet ambiance. I come here quite often and always enjoy myself immensely. Large selection of books, magazines and DVDs and a lot of space to relax and read as well as computers. One of the best in the DFW area and a true hidden gem!!
