I would recommend any and everyone to come and have a nice social distancing experience.The technicians were very polite and professional at all times. Nice and clean environment. Temperature checks and hand sanitizer at the entrance. Everyone -- clients and stylists -- was wearing masks. Raylynn was super sweet, professional and fast.
Katira you were over an hour late to style my hair you were 20 mins late the time before that. The first time you never apologized and the second time you barely apologized after I paid and tipped you. You work slow and you constantly have an attitude for no reason when everytime I've gone to you I've been nice and tipped you well. You show more concern and enthusiasm towards stuffing your face with food while doing your clients hair than actually being punctual, professional and courteous. It's too bad because you actually are good at styling hair but your work ethic is trash!
I was told that I was getting Microlinks by a stylist but instead what I got was a braidless sew-in with uneven leave out around my hairline and all throughout my hair. The tracks were sewn in extremely tight to the point where my scalp was extremely sore and tender. I had to have the extensions removed after FOUR days. One of the worst experiences I’ve had in a salon in a while.
