Over the past couple of weeks as I've been making decisions re: purchasing a car, Southwest Kia - Dallas has been incredibly helpful. From Jake (service) and Travis (parts) giving me a guesstimate on an intake manifold replacement to Noah (sales) finding a car that fit my financial constraints and Mike (sales desk) finding a lender and working an approval, along with the ease of the finance process ... EVERYONE has been stellar getting me into a new Kia! Even though I didn't purchase on Saturday when I went in to look at the vehicle, they honored EVERYTHING we discussed when I came to purchase on Wednesday, and then some. I was really anxious about working with a dealership (because I've worked in dealerships in the past), but throughout the process, I NEVER felt pressured, judged, or like I was being given the runaround. Thank you, Southwest Kia - Dallas, for making this an easy decision for me!
