Conner was very attentive since the moment I drove up. Kept me updated on issues found and the process of the work. Explained everything that was done when I picked up my car and what still was recommended to be done on my next visit. He made sure I left with his business card so I can let him know if he could help me in the future. Great customer service from start to finish.

Connor, was great I loved his caring and compassionate attitude when I came in the previous day before coming back today... His attitude was still the same and he didn't want to keep me waiting because I had been inconvenience. I also liked he kept me informed and kept his promise of getting me on my way as soon as possible and He did just that. Thank you Conner! I’m new to this area and sought places to take my daughters car to get serviced. Reviews were good so I decided to call. I brought it in the same day. Service was quick and attentive. The service here has done a complete 180 and I am pleased at the improvements. Today, Connor helped me with my oil change and cabin filter replacement. He broke down each additional service that may be needed in a comprehensive non-pushy way. I really appreciated him explaining the importance of each service. I left with a written list of diagnostics for my vehicle & visual aide detailing what needs to be serviced & when.nnMy wait time was reasonable & I was seen on my scheduled appointment time.nnUnfortunately, my family and I are moving soon, so this was my last visit at this location, but it was definitely a great lasting impression.nnGreat job.
