Very professional, kind and concerned.
I was very pleased with the service I received. The attendant was very helpful a d polite. The information Jorge provided me with was most helpful. I did not have to wait long st all. I loved that my car was washed and vacuumed out for me. Great customer service.
My current auto had been hit and totaled. I was looking to get another car. I always come here because of the great autos and terrific customer service. I was not disappointed. The people that work here are very knowledgeable and they take ownership of the problem or need. I have been coming to Clay Cooley on I-20 and purchased several cars here. I had a great experience at Clay Cooley. My mother came in for one car and we left in two. Sales associate Marcel helped my mother find a car that was perfect for her. With the help of his manager Dwight Walker, I was able to get my first car when I didn’t even think I could afford one. It is nice and in my price range. The service was impeccable thanks for everything.
