Good customer service is hard to find these days but with Freedom Dodge they went way above the bar. Courteous, informative & helpful. Iam so glad they were the place I choose to get my car I was nervous but they made me feel at ease. Kudos to Mike F. and Julian. So if you're buying a car and want a great experience...this is the place to go! Definitely 5 Star!! AND I LOVE MY CAR!!
DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! I bought a brand new Durango from them. Not even a year later I call to find out if my tires are under warranty. And to schedule for a recall that I received a post card about. Well they refused to tell me if the tires are covered. They said i need to schedule an appointment and come in!!! They would not help me over the phone. I live 2 hours away. I would rather not drive 4 hours on a donut, if it is not needed. I spoke with 3 people. All want me to come in just to talk about if the tire is under warranty. I would much rather get my tire fixed local, then go in for the recall.nnTop it off, all 3 of them told me I did not have a recall. Why did I get a post card saying it is recalled? A simple Google search also shows it was recalled.nnWhen you spend so much money on a vehicle, you want to take care of it. Do yourself a huge favor, go somewhere else! They are not able to help you long term. Just the day if the sale.nnDon't walk. Run!
Rochelle (Service Advisor) and Terry (Lead Technician) are simply amazing! They listen closely to your issues and work very hard to find the issues and fix your vehicle (2017 Ram 2500 and 2019 Ram 2500). You will absolutely love them!nnUpdated 3-3-21 (new replacement of passenger side mirror under warranty)... As always! Rockell Freeman and Terry Owens worked with their substantial backlog of customers and the freezing weather to accommodate my repairs in a timely manner with thorough and constant communication- They are the best team at any Chrysler Dodge dealership in Texas!
This is the second car I've bought from here. Julian helped out on both buys. This is what a car seller needs to strive to be. Marlene was great. She explained everything very well.nThe service tech did a great job. I always get nervous when someone else works on my truck due to past bad experiences, but I needed a quick oil change today. I was watching the service tech working on my truck and when I saw the way he was taking care of my truck I felt better and was happy I took my truck to Freedom.nGreat Job!
