Purchase vehicle at 7:30pm 5/6...went to Walmart locked door behind me...returned to vehicle and couldn't get in. Key did not fit door of vehicle. Had to call locksmith ($100) and wait 2 hours. I live 3 hours away so basically in the middle of nowhere. Was very upset about entire situation. Other than that salesman Antonio was very patient with me deciding on vehicle. Just don't see how no one didn't know the vehicle don't have a key to lock and unlock door.
I've been try to contact them for 2 weeks and they won't answer either numbers they have listed does anyone have a number for them please I'm desperate
Dedicated, hard working, patient, honest, not qualities usually associated with used car dealers but this one has them all. When they go to the auction they even inspect the car and drive it themselves just to make sure they get you a good car you will be happy with and won't cause you problems. I had bad credit, was looking for a Miata that could only be gray or black with a manual trans and had to be under 10k 2006 or newer. Not an easy find but Tyrone accepted the challenge. After I denied several they found, they found the one I wanted and Tyrone even drove me to Houston to pick it up to keep the cost down. The level of customer service was outstanding and even when Tyrone wasn't there all the other staff were polite, accepting, and willing to work with me.nnIf your looking for a car I HIGHLY recommend you come here to get it! Ask for Tyrone and for better service tell him Josh Monet with the Miata sent you.
My car check engine light came on within a week. I had to buy a part for my car. My signal light is sometiming working. My radio don't work. Horrible service. And also need a oil change that havent been change since 2years ago.
