Great experience. Went in looking for a small suv but wasnt sure which one. Gave Mr. J all the features that I wanted and he delivered. Had additional things added too the vehicle and they all were taking care of. Next trip I will be dropping my other car off for maintenance work.

I recently made a cash purchase on an As Is car. I asked in writing what were the issues with the car and was told none. The car was already started and running before I took it for a test drive; I missed that red flag. I took it to Auto Zone; no major problems. So I pay cash and leave the lot. Within an hour, the car starts making a rattling noise. I contact the dealer who tells me I can bring the car in the next day to get diagnosed. His mechanic says it's the timing chain and will rattle on a cold start. However, the car was warm when the noise began. The dealer promises he didn't know that the car was rattling, even though he started it during the test drive and after the purchase. He says it just started making the noise after I purchased the car. Ok, so can we cancel this purchase, or maybe put the money towards a car that is running good as the ad describes? No. I can give them another $600 to fix it with no negotiation after that. Well ok. I'll take my car and chalk it up to lesson learned. I hate that this couldn't have been a better, long-term business relationship as I buy cars often. I will never purchase another car from this business and will not recommend them to any of my colleagues or family members.
