I thought I would give this shop another try after not so great experiences in the past. Ordered two sundaes and neither came with hot fudge or the other toppings, just ice cream with whipped topping and a cherry. No wonder there is hardly any business at this location. Empty parking lot and empty drive thru says it all.
Apparently, the business hours are incorrect on the website. I arrived at 9:17 only to be told they were closed; the website states 10pm. If you stayed open like you should, you might be able to get some Braums business!
I've experienced the same as other reviewers. This location definitely needs a serious overhaul of management and service..
This location is the absolute worst. They take forever every time. We had to wait 30 min for a little sad looking banana split and a milkshake.And the last time I tried to go here it was 9 30pm and they close at 10pm. We drove up to the drive thru and no one answers. So we drive around to the front to see one person inside shuting down. Um im sorry you still have 30min until the store closes. You are costing your store business
Pulled in at 9:15 and the store was closed...per Google and posted signage time should be 10. At least 7 employees were in the store and all walked out without making eye contact or apology. Thanks! Won't waste my time going again.....
