No pistachio ice cream for my husband
I give this place 5 stars just for great customer service and how neat and clean the place was. In my opinion they are a bit pricey and I'm not a big fan of how their food tastes, to be honest I prefer the good old fashion homemade, mom and pop donut shop. You get more bang for your buck and that delicious, fresh, homemade taste. That's just what I prefer. But I would recommend this place. Thanks Dunkin' Donuts!
The employees are always respectful and kind. I appreciate starting my day off with their coffee. I have always found the building to be clean when eating inside.

They're out of items that you can still order ahead and *pay ahead for* AND they don't get the order modifications correct.nnI ordered the new sourdough sandwich with ham instead of bacon. Paid. Arrived and was told to drive to the window. At the window is when a manager told me they don't have the sourdough bread. So I got it on a croissant. Then it came with bacon.nnYes it was still delicious. But it wasn't what I paid for.nnStores need to be able to adjust product availability per location. As for the bad communication and incorrect order... that's something that needs a complete reevaluation.
