I really enjoy this particular location of Panera. The people are friendly, the fire place is always turned on when needed, and the food always pleases me. Plus Mr. Bill is a super nice guy. He doesn't just clean the tables. I saw him fixing the ice machine the other day. He is their super man. Great place to eat!

It should be understandable that the employees are only able to prepare a certain amount of eggs in a period of time so be mindful when ordering breakfast especially if it’s 30 min before they stop serving it + during the weekend. Idk why customers get so mad at the employees because I could tell they were doing their best to push all breakfast orders before switching to lunch. Although it took some time to get my order out my food was right and heated the way it should’ve been. So if ur little egg bagel didn’t come out in the 0.6 seconds you thought it would then take it to corporate and ask for more egg machines for cedar hill’s employees cause y’all r ridiculous. Thank you guys :3

This place has the worst online ordering. I order through online ordering and I NEVER get curbside. They always have it sitting inside with a million other orders. I strongly recommend going somewhere else to spend your money! Customer service goes a very long way. And they don’t even seem to care about it.

Was easy to order online, very smooth process. Food was delicious and hot and ready at time specified. Would have been a 5 start if I was acknowledged.

Panera is the best! I love the bread and their ways of Food very high quality ish, seems always fresh, different and unique.
