As conveniently located this Sam's is I have to give such a poor review due to the communication. In a day of COVID-19 you can't get ANYONE to answer the phones for questions for customer service nor the bakery. Is anyone listening!!! Oh, they aren't answering. Change phone system, service, or whatever it takes plezzzzzz..
Unable to get through by phone, I needed to contact the bakery dept to change a pick up time on an order. After numerous rings at the bakery dept, a automated system would transfer me to the members desk where the phone would ring approx 20-25 times then hang up on me. I tried this method three times before giving up. Can something be done to better assist coustmers?
I have been calling the bakery and the store for three whole days morning, afternoon and evening trying to order a cake for for my daughter and they haven't answered the phone yet.... I don't understand what type of business this Sams club is operating where they never pick up their phone it's very unprofessional.
customer service is really bad if you are trying to call in an order and when they answer they where rude
