I saw a used vehicle on their website I was interested in. I emailed to verify it was still availible. I set a date and time to look and test drive. When I arrived that vehicle was in the service bay being worked on. I did look at other vehicles and found one I liked. But after setting an appointment to look at a specific vehicle it was disappointing. I drove the other vehicle home for the weekend. It had an oil leak. Took it back on monday. They kept it in the shop for a week. Parts on order etc. Not a problem but when I emailed or called they could never tell me when it would be ready. I also wanted a second key made and it was missing the jack. I did end up buying vehicle #2 because I felt it was a fair deal. The extra key they had made did not work all the functions. And after emailing I still have not heard from them. And they failed to order a jack. And when I did pick up the vehicle it had not been cleaned or detailed as promised. Though I feel like I got a good deal their customer service is terrible. I had to have the key reprogrammed. And bought a jack.nGood deals but dont expect any service after the sale

After days of waiting and back forth I was given a ridiculous offer for 2500-3000 down on a used vehicle under 16k. After previously purchasing a vehicle from Stanley as well as 2 of my family members past purchasing from this SO CALLED FAMILY dealership.. I will never do business with them again. Lies and false hope.

Service department with Rick is awesome! Richard and Juan are my favorite techs. You guys are the best! Thank you for all you do!nnNot 5-star as I did not purchase my vehicle here - the sales department will decide the 5th star when that time comes.
