If I could give Lincare Inc. on Shelbyville Road a 10 Star Rating instead of 5 stars, I would do it!! Their service is prompt, they are always courteous by phone and I have found them to be very reliable with supplying our son's monthly tube feeding supplies which they ship to us since we do not live in Jefferson Co. I am very pleased with Lincare Inc on Shelbyville Road, Louisville, KY. Great Job!!nnI reviewed this Co. when it was Lincare and today I am updating my review 4/27/2020. Talked to Lisa when placing an order and what a day brightner this lady is!! Totally enjoyed placing an order with her--wonderful, upbeat personality! KabaFusion ROCKS!!! Promp service and shipment, Very reliable, Keep up the great work! You're the best! Forget the 5 star rating, Still a 10 in my book!!!

Terrible service. 2 months and they still haven't changed my machines settings. They did not transfer any of my records

Lincare customer service sucks. I've spent as much as one hour on hold trying to get through to order supplies and report my INR result. This is over many different times of the day for over a week. I've reported them to Medicare and told them to cancel my account with them. I've tried to contact them by email and 'no results'. I should have explored 'lincare' complaints forums. I have no idea what to do with the meter as I can't get in touch with the company. Bad, bad business.
