I wanted to take a moment and commend the three young men that delivered my washer today. They did an outstanding job. I recently refinished the stairs to my finished basement. After seeing my stairs, the lead instructed his team that they would be carrying the washer down the stairs to keep from scratching my stairs.nI did not ask him to do this. He did it on his own. Too often customers complain but fail to recognize when they receive service over and beyond.nI wanted to make sure I took this opportunity to recognize a job well done.

The 3 young men that delivered my range were extremely professional! Very nice respectful personalities. They were very efficient and I so appreciate the time they took to make sure everything was just right. Great job guys!

The two young men who delivered our new freezer on Friday 7/24/20, purchased from Home Depot, did a good job, we’re polite, and it was fine. However, they were unable to haul away our old freezer, which they said was too heavy. They stated they would call their office and ask that they send another crew, of possibly more guys, that could maybe take out the freezer, and maybe itncould be later that day. We waited around all day and never heard back. I called the office @ 4 and spoke with the owner. He said he didn’t know anything about it. He said they only send 2-man crews. He said they might not be able to do it but could haul it away if we get it upstairs! He said he’d have a crew come back out to reassess it and see if they could do it but didn’t know when they could, definitely not Saturday as they were already booked. I called today, Monday and spoke with a manager, Brian. He said from looking at the photos the crew sent, no one could bring it up the stairs because it’s too heavy, not even with 4 guys. They didn’t even call to tell me this; I had to call them. I’m surprised and disappointed that this company could not haul away our freezer and didn’t even think another crew could do it. Brian said they will credit our account for the haul away charge.
