Very standoffish attitudes presented by the females working here. 2nd day here and already different people with the same attitude. They also used to give decent pricing when selling but now they lowball you quite a bit. I don’t see the store changing as I’m sure a fast paced hardworking employee is not something they will want there as it would definitely make the others look bad. There is one employee who was respectful towards me, she is very sweet and I wish I remembered her name. She has multicolored bright nails and was working yesterday. More of her needed in customer service positions. If I owned this store I would have a field day in firing .

Took my daughter to sell clothes and pick out some jeans for work. Came out with a pair of snow boots and the jeans. I always find a gem when shopping here.

The only reason I’m not giving one star is that it’s actually a good place to buy- horrible to sell. If you don’t have some uppity, impossible-to-pronounce brand name, they don’t buy. The most I’ve ever gotten from here is $15. And the girls that work here are either stand-offish, outright rude, or so obviously faking a positive attitude.

They said the things I brought in had a smoke odor even though they hadn't been smoked around. Just because they saw me smoking in my vehicle while I was waiting. Also said they were outdated even though I just received one of my items for christmas and had never been used. I didn't look like the typical customer/seller so I'm sure that had something to do with it.

I walked into Plato's closet without my mom one time and usually you would be greated but no. Nothing. They just looked at me but the other times I walk in with my mom the ladies are always respectful and say hi. Me and my mom were looking through the clothes and 4/10 times I saw hige stains on the shirts. It was gross. Most of the time the ladies there are respectful and the clothes are pretty good but sometimes the girls can be rude and the clothes can be gross.
