I missed the chance to pick up my cap and gown and they have not responded to me for hours and after they did they send me an email not even regarding my cap&gown! I replied back and again no response
Very poor service. I placed an order for a class ring 7 months ago and I would call every few weeks to inquire when it would finally arrive. I sent messages to the main customer service--no response. Finally after many phone calls to the McKinney office and a few to the Tyler office, it was determined the order form had not even been placed even though I have my copy of the order and made a down payment. Very unorganized, no communication.
