Stopped in to buy a new silver clasp for my necklace. Greeting and discussion of what I was looking for was not pleasant with either the lady from the office or the jeweler. They were rude, dismissive, and impatient.nnQuoted me roughly 20-30x the price I could get it online. I’d generally rather pay and support local than buy online and understand it’s usually a little more expensive but the price quoted was offensive. I would absolutely not return to this jeweler.

I took my Tag watch in for repair as the face had come loose and rotated, and was 60 degrees askew because I had dropped it. I was told it would take 6-8 weeks, but their watch repair person did really good work. About 8 weeks later the watch was ready for pickup. I figured since it was a Tag they would charge a fortune to repair. The watch was cleaned, repaired, looks like new, and runs great and was only $50. While the wait was long, it was well worth it.
