I purchased a preowned home. Gary’s was used to do the required termite inspection. They arrived at the appointment before I did. When I arrived their rep showed me a plastic ziplock bag containing a piece of wood with termites and he claimed it was from under the house. He then said I needed to have the house treated. I declined and because of my own prior termite inspection training and experience, did my own inspection. Zero evidence of termites. Get second and third opinions.

Had a really bad experience with Gary’s. I hired them for a first time service at my daughter’s house, and the technician came out and spent less than 15 minutes servicing our house. My daughter talked with a receptionist who said that they would bring 4 bait boxes out ($30 charge per) and see how many were needed. The technician said that although only 2 were needed, 4 were on the invoice and that ‘he only bought them when needed.’ What kind of a pest control service only buys bait traps when needed?nnChris, the technician, literally leaked solution all over the wood floors that I had to wipe up with a paper towel.nnI argued that all 4 traps weren’t needed, and Chris told me that he bought them so I would be charged even though he only thought that 2 were needed. It cost me $350 for 15 minutes of services. My daughter called to dispute the charge and talk about the service, and the owner literally laughed at her and hung up. There are plenty of options out there, so I strongly recommend that you don’t use Gary’s unless you want to overchcharged, disrespected and laughed at.

The owner is very disrespectful and rude. They are not professional at all! Have dishonest pricing and HORRIBLE service.
