My wife and I had considered replacing our 20 year old laminate kitchen countertops for some time. We had shopped around but could never get a comfort level with anyone. And price per sqft was always off the chart with very little selection. We visited Jubilee's showroom on a Saturday and met Vanessa. WOW. Within 30 minutes, we knew that this is were we should have started. Vanessa listened patiently to our vision and showed us exactly the products that would make our vision a reality. She spent a great deal of time in offering suggestions and options that were all on the mark. My wife and her collaborated on the perfect granite and quartz combination. Our kitchen had some design issues and they were able to work around them so that the end result looks like it was made to fit the original design. The installation process was flawless and the fit of everything is perfect. We are extremely happy with the entire process. Jubilee's pricing is very competitive and was by far the best we found. Vanessa was very good at responding quickly to all of our inquiries and questions. The entire staff from scheduling, to measuring to installing was always professional and cordial. It was a pleasure to work with them and highly recommend Jubilee Company and Vanessa.
Amy and the staff were incredibly helpful for what was a bit of an unconventional project. She took time to walk me through the details of different options so that the stone I was investing in would be the most appropriate. In the end we used two different types of stone for two different surfaces. Pricing was fair and unlike other companies I had called, I was not forced to purchase an entire remnant when I need to just a small portion of it. I would definitely do business again
My new granite counters and backsplash look better than I ever imagined. Jubilee came highly recommended to me and I will not hesitate to recommend you to others. Vanessa was outstanding and ever so patient. My journey to a new interior started seven months ago, interrupted by hip surgery and the virus but it was well worth the wait. So anxious to show friends this outstanding transformation.
the Jubilee Company staff from start to finish was top notch. Amy did a great job of understanding my needs and kept me informed throughout the entire process.. Everyone was professional, responsive, and willing to assist on all my questions. The selection of granite was outstanding. Pricing was fair and veRy competitive. Over the years I have purchased granite for multiple countertops and fireplace surrounds from other providers. If I would have known about Jubilee at that time, I would not have used anyone else. I highly recommend Jubilee. You won’t be disappointed.
We just had granite countertops and tile backsplash installed in our kitchen. We are novices when it comes to granite and Amy B at Jubilee helped us every step of the way. She listened to what we needed, what we liked, our lifestyle (2 people who love to cook and bake), advised us well, and helped us make great choices. Amy was patient with our questions and responded quickly every time. The removal and installation process was quick and professional. I appreciated the fact that there was no mess to clean up! You know you have a company with great customer service when the sales people (Amy) follow-up with an email after the job completion. We are so happy with our new countertops!
