We needed a dishwasher fast. Erwin was amazing! We were able to purchase it on our way home. He sent pictures and description and also delivery and installation.nBut as he is ready to install machine, he notices the age of the old dishwasher ( 30 yrs old ) and knows there’s copper fittings no longer allowed. Erwin connected us with a plumber that changed valve and water line at a reasonable price.nBest Appliances demonstrated they cared for their customers. They were professional, on time, and knew what they were doing.nIf you want a great price, and great customer service, Erwin and Best Appliances is where you need to go.

My boyfriend and I were on the hunt for a refrigerator and all the big box stores were out of stock. Many of them with up to 30 day wait times. Stopped in at Best Appliances and they had refrigerators including the one we were looking for IN STOCK. Pricing was the same as the box stores (sometimes less) We were able to get it delivered and installed same day - on a holiday weekend! Edwin was awesome! He took his time to make sure everything was right. He showed us how to install the filters, and how to operate the control panel (for anyone not up to date with the new tech, this is extremely helpful) I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for an appliance that may be hard to find. Not only do you support a local business, but you get great customer service. Will stop here first for any future appliance needs.

We are SO glad we found Edwin at Best Appliances. He was very professional as well as down to earth and very friendly. His daughter Joanna was lovely and helped us land a fantastic fridge that we absolutely love. We were on a tight budget and almost went the Facebook market route but this was by far a better decision. It was an open box deal, an unused fridge but had a few minor, unnoticeable dings that put this gallery French door fridge into our price range.nHe worked on the price with us and even delivered the fridge on his day off! Edwin went above and beyond for us. We recommend his appliance store for your appliance needs and I plan to use Edwin for our future needs for repairs as he also does that.nDon’t hesitate to give this place a shot and support a local, family business.

Excellent service! Washing Machine stopped working on Friday and we had someone take a look and the control board went out...too much to repair. We called and found washing machine from Edwin...he delivered it the same day. Best experience I have had buying a new appliance. They are awesome and highly recommend. Thank you so much!
