I came yesterday for a clean up. Nena did an excellent job!nnI waited maybe 5 minutes and then I was sat. The threading did hurt, but I don’t get it done as often as I should.nnThe place is very clean and well organized. Customer service was great too. No one was mean or rude. I was in and out!
The lady who does eyebrows is a liar, unprofessional, and rude. If you are looking for better customer service, this is certainly not the place to go. I have three family members that go there and will not go there anymore. I will not recommend any of my friends to this place. I would rather pay twice as much for better customer service. US is known for the best customer service in the world and places like this ruin the reputation.

I’ve been coming here close to a year now, they do a great job on my eyebrows. I love how professional they are and minimal to no wait time. I definitely recommend this place & I’m glad I found it. Much better to others in the area.
