Not to be a hater or anything, just wanting to give an honest review of my experience. I got hair and makeup done for me, my bridesmaids and my mom for my wedding in November. Erin and her team did a great job with the hair and makeup, however the rest of the experience I had with her really was a huge let down after reading all of the glowing reviews and following her on social media for so long. My expectations of what I was getting with Erin were absolutely not met. I was expecting her to be warm and friendly and actually care about me as a bride. I didn’t receive that whatsoever. It was like pulling teeth to get her to respond to any of my questions via email. When I went for my trail run I felt like I was trying to force conversation. It was awkward but I figured maybe it’s just been a rough day and it’ll be different on the day of. It wasn’t. My planners had been in contact with all the vendors with the schedule. Erin decided to ignore the schedule completely and show up before the venue was even open. She was rude to my planner about it and then extremely rude to me about it. I had apologized for the confusion though it was not confusion on my part. I didn’t make the schedule nor did I ignore it. I was where I was told to be when I was told to be there. Nonetheless I apologized because I assume it was frustrating for them to wait. Her only response to my apologizing was “Um. Yeah. It’s been an hour.” And then she proceeded to ignore me the rest of the time she was there. ON MY WEDDING DAY. Also I had asked for something to be put in my hair several times that she used in the trial and I’d seen her put in other brides hair based in her posts and she would never respond to that question and come the day of & didn’t bring it.nnAll together, it was a quite disappointing experience for me and I felt as though she treated other brides better than me. I wondered what I had done to cause her to be cold and make this my experience with her. Then I remembered that I don’t control anyone’s actions but my own.nnIf you’re just solely wanting someone that does good hair and makeup, Erin can do that, she did a great job. However, if you’re wanting someone that will also treat you kindly and not blame you for mishaps on the day of, perhaps keep looking.

Shanna did my hair and makeup for my daughter's wedding. She is amazing! She was very patient with me and spent a lot of time working with me until everything was just perfect. Both my hair and my makeup stayed perfect all night, even in the heat of July. I received so many compliments about how beautiful, and stunning, I looked the entire night. I couldn't have been happier! She truly did a fabulous job!

Erin is an absolutely fabulous person and makeup and hair professional! My mom who is 82 was not able to come to the venue early to have her hair and makeup done. Erin sent one of her assistants to my mom's home. My mom's hair and makeup were PERFECT! It was such a gift! As a wedding professional, I could not recommend Erin more!!
