Adam at the McKinney location was very helpful. Thanks for the help guys. I drive the extra distance because the dash kit and wiring I needed isn’t usually in stock most big box stores. He had everything I needed sitting aside before I even came in.

Worst service I’ve had in a while. First off they ordered the wrong wire harness for my car, along with ordering the wrong double din head unit, and along with the dash kit. When I get to my appointment once I get all the correct parts (so I thought they were correct) I wait for a hour and a half and they let me know the car is done. Once I get to my car I noticed that the head unit wasn’t installed and my A/C vents are broken. None of the employees let me know before i got to my car that nothing was installed or that they had broke my A/C vent.It’s been over 2 weeks now and they still haven’t gotten back to me about the A/C vents they said they would pay for. Overall service was horrible i recommended going to any other location rather than car toys. You will save time and money.

Zac at McKinney location was fantastic to work with. As with any large project, there will be challenges to overcome, and he went above and beyond to knock each of them out of the park. Great job McKinney Car Toys, the smile on my son’s face with the end result was worth the price, effort and wait!

James and Ceasar did an excellent job on my chevy. They went above and beyond what I expected. So, kudos to those men and I really appreciate the hard work they did on my vehicle. Also, there was great customer service on top of great attention to detail on a detailing job. Thanks guys!!

I brought them a couple of subs a box and an amp to install and I am happy with the results. Adam is great to work with and very knowledgeable.
