They were very helpful in helping me resolve my issues. Great staff with outstanding knowledge.
We went in to payoff our phones and cancel our service with Sprint. Jake said he could switch out our sim cards and that should help with the terrible signal we've had with Sprint for the last 18 months. We will see if the T-Mobile sim cards do the trick. If so, we will be updating the rating. Until today, Sprint rated a minus 2☆.
Don't seem very knowledgeable here. Keeps blaming lack of things for to the T-mobile merger.
The store is great! The service is second to none! Connie, the manager goes out of her way to address any issues and strives to help. Josh and Ezequiel are helpful beyond measure and go the extra mile to make sure you have seamless integration within your apps or whatever you are trying to accomplish. That is why I have referred family and friends to this particular store.
