I only go to this one because it’s close to home. But the past three times I’ve taken my son in to pick out a game they say they don’t have it. Which I don’t understand why the case would be out on the floor for people to try and buy. They need better control of their inventory and organization. Definitely could use some customer service training as well. Not once did they apologize.
Went to purchase an Nintendo Switch *that was all*, was told I could not purchase a console without pro membership, then proceeded to tell me that I HAD to buy 3 accessories with a console purchase. I will be making a call to figure out who the girl was who did this. I went along with it, realizing later how utterly ridiculous the entire encounter was. Worst experience I have had at a gamestop. Best buy from now on!! Will be following up

Hands down the worst costumer service. Store manager is a complete joke.
Didn't go in to buy. I went in for information and to show something on a game I have. He was very helpful and even turned down a tip I offered for his time. Great kid. Great customer service.
