This place highlights the incompetence of a state run organization. Even though they are taking your money they can’t work around your schedule at all and it seems like they hardly know how to use their phones and email. Only thing they are good for is working out a payment plan so they can be sure they get your money.
When you have one Spanish speaker at the window. All Spanish tickets are helped prior to anybody else. We all have the same 30-minute lunch.nWhen you have one Clerk and only one clerk working the window and 9 people standing around that clerk. Perhaps you should help the people who got their first despite what the option was that they chose on your kiosk
Called several times and left several messages. No call back.N option to speak to a live operator at their main number. Pathetic.
They never answer the phone, office stinks really bad, however the employees are nice in person. Cant tell how they are over the phone because I have yet to call and get someone to answer the phone and I have called at different times on different days.
