Tom and Dillon at Kia Huffines in McKinney are wonderful. I bought a 2021 Stinger GT Line and absolutely love it. Tom explained every gadget, knob and button so well. I feel very comfortable in my new Stinger. This truly was the best car buying experience I have ever had. Hope to have my Stinger for a long time. But will be back to Kia Huffines in McKinney for my next one. Thank you Tom & Dillon.

My husband and I came in today to just look at a few SUV models. We plan on purchasing a car in 6-9 months but I am researching now so that I know exactly what I want when the time comes. Cooper came out to meet us within a few min of our arrival and I have to say it was the most enjoyable experience I have had at a car dealership. He answered all of our questions, understood that we aren’t wanting to buy at the moment, and never pushed us to try and get a sale. By being extremely professional and not pushing us we will definitely be returning when we are ready to purchase and we will definitely recommend Cooper to our friends and family.

This is definitely going to be my over the top go to dealerships for now on. I've been a visitor with this location more than once and I have had nothing but great service. John was very helpful with my selection in buying my new car. I honestly thought I would be there all day since this is my second car and I haven't bought one in a while, but with the sales agents there it was a smooth process. They offer great packages for your car and parts if you feel like upgrading. I would honestly recommend this dealership to anyone.

I would definitely recommend coming into the dealership rather than calling. I stood at the front desk for about five minutes before walking around finding my own way, but If you ever cross paths with Charles Fletcher you’re going to have an amazing experience. Charles got everything squared away and ready for me, he definitely had the best customer service ever. I went in for a new key fob and while doing so I found out I had five recalls which another gentleman helped me with and told me it would be a few hours and asked if I need to go anywhere and if I did a ride would be provided for me. Everything took almost exactly two hours, not only did I get my car back and a brand new key fob, my car was spotless clean as well ( they washed my car). Definitely recommend finding Charles to help you with any questions, he was amazing and always made sure I was having a good experience.

Yay!!! Got my 1st wheels... It’s a Kia Optima I got from Huffines Kia McKinney Auto last week and very pleased with the service provided to me. Vehicle was exactly as described, very straight forward and fair, it was a fantastic experience overall. I spent very less time in and out, Michael took care of everything like a pro. Also, really appreciate him for considering my concern and getting the car delivered to my place. The financing and documentation process was smooth. I would strongly recommend, sales consultant, Michael Lang.
