Hopper Motorplex

I recently purchased a Porsche Macan from Hopper Motorplex after looking for quite some time and my buying experience was great! Going to any dealership has it's pros and cons but when you meet genuine people, you find common ground. That's how my Sales Consultant Rob Richardson treated me. I would definitely recommend this dealership to family and friends. 5 star all the way.

I found exactly the car I was looking for online at Hopper. It is a specialty car and they were thousands cheaper than any other like model in the country. Luckily I only live 20 minutes away! Eduardo was my sales rep and he did a fantastic job. No pressure, very fair on my trade, and worked with me to put down a deposit to hold the car until we completed our home closing. Hooper was going to be a trust worthy dealership however we were wrong! Seems they only care about the costumers who buy their higher end cars...nnWhen we took the car to the Lexus dealership to get inspected their inspection showed issues with the rack and piñon and the CV axle boots both leaking. These leaks should not have been there and our total estimate came to 3,800. To a non dealer shop it comes to 3,000.nnWhen I called Hooper I tried to get someone on the phone to explain to me how this could have happened. Multiple times I did not get called back and when I asked for documents showing there inspection it took over two weeks to finally get it and multiple calls to the dealership getting passed from person to person.nnI also spoke on the phone to our sales rep who told me that torn or leaking CV boots are usually fine for a while and continued to get information minimizing that they misled us on issues that were clearly there. This same rep told us that if they were to fix everything that was wrong on the car then they wouldn’t make any money. We tried to coordinate with them to fix it to see how much it would cost but they wouldn’t give us an estimate or explain how much they would cover considering it was their negligence and lack of communication that got us here in the first place.nnThe dealership even sends you a cute calendar with you in front of your new car to have you feel like part of the “family” This is a clear manipulation tactic. Don’t trust them and if you do be sure to take you car to a different mechanic or go over the inspection diligently so you don’t get screwed as well.

If you own a motorcycle and you want to get treated like family go to Hoppers Motorplex! The service department is outstanding! I had a front tire put on my FLSTC and it only took about an hour.
