Beautiful huge store with an impressive selection of tabletop games. Back issue comics and individual cards are priced on the fly when the staff looks up an online price guide which is just not how I shop. Better options in the area but good in a pinch.
I absolutely love this place! It has a great selection of comics and gaming supplies. Good friends of mine own the store and I am so proud of them!! They are in the process of moving to a new, bigger store front. Be sure and go by to see Pancake, the Carpe Diem Comics dog!
I often go here and hang out and occasionally buy a snack or a drink here to support in anyway I can, they have a very non cliché selection of comics, some I was very surprised to see like umbrella academy! their dog pancake is a nice addition to my day whenever I decide to go downtown. I enjoy talking to the people there they're very kind and respectful. I would HIGHLY recommend going here if you ever visit downtown!
Great selection and VERY helpful staff. I went in knowing a few things my brother liked and they had a ton of perfect recommendations. I love getting to shop local, especially from such great and caring people.
