Excellent service. Sent off to have our wedding rings redipped. Diamond was photographed and documented. Received email updates and phone calls when each ring came back. Very happy.

Andrea helped me today and made my year! I took my wedding set in because I was missing a stone and needed to send it off to get fixed. As soon as I walked in she was super attentive quickly jumping to get my ring in order to be shipped off. We got to talking and I told her about how I wished I had another band for my Neil Lane wedding set, to have a band on each side of the engagement ring but unfortunately we hadn't had the money at the time to buy two. I had been shopping for andanother one for the last 3 years but just couldn't find one since it's been discontinued. She told me she would take my number and do some research for me and let me know. I honestly didn't have high hopes because several other reps in stores had made the same commitment and never followed up. I assumed I was just out of luck and would never be able to get one other than finding used online (aka:eBay), which was not ideal because it wouldn't have the wonderful warranty that Kay's offers. Not even 10 mins after I left the store, I got her call.I missed it because I was checking out in another store, so I decided to walk back to Kay's and sure enough Andrea had the greatest news for me!! She was able to get the vendors to commit to making me a special order band because she couldn't find one in my size available. Really looking forward to getting my ring set back. Thank you again, Andrea, for helping me make my ring my dream ring after all these years!! ♥ufe0f

Certainly not the most friendly employees, nor the most knowledgeable.

Their staff needs to learn to explain INTEREST FREE FOR 12 MONTHS better. I will never shop there again. And management didnt offer to fix the problem either. All he could say was sorry.
