I love schlotzskys. A chicken bacon smoke cheesy makes my taste buds dance. I am disappointed in my recent experience though. I placed an online order so that my meal will be ready by the time I got there, since I only have a half hour lunch break. The lobby was locked so I had to go through the drive through. The drive through had a few cars, which would be expected as it was lunch time. What was frustrating is when I got to the window and told the cashier I was picking up an online order another employee came and asked what my order was, because they didn’t have it. At this point, I was short on time and couldn’t wait the five minutes for them to make the sandwich and had wasted my entire lunch break to not eat. I tried calling them to get a refund on the order as I didn’t want to spend 9 or 10 bucks on food I never got, and they never answered the phone. So not only did I leave hungry with time wasted, but I also wasted lunch money as well. Totally soured my experience. I think the store either needs more organization or their online ordering system needs some work because there was some sort of disconnect.

One of the few places where you can dine in. The inside was clean and well kept. Our sandwich order was made correctly and was hot and fresh tasting. Staff was polite and friendly would come back when we are in the area.

Do not go here at night. Both coworkers not only ignored my wife who placed a mobile order, they then lied to her face about not seeing her. How do you not see the only person in your parking lot?? Then they had the audacity to get the order wrong. You literally had one job.

Order was wrong..bread was hard..crunchy hard. Missing ingredients..just a horrible experience. Won't be back ever..

My wife and I went and ordered 2 sandwiches. My order was completely wrong along with my wife's food. The owner needs to train the staff better. It's not hard to leave off lettuce and tomato off sandwiches but those guys got it all wrong. I would have sent it back but it took 20 minutes to get our food. They were more worried about the drive thru instead of the customers in the store itself. I will visit the one in McKinney from now on. Hopefully the owner gets the problem fixed.
