I love Zales! Got my engagement ring and both our bands here! Barry is the best! Always so nice and helpful! All the staff has been great to us! They always try to get you the best deal! My coupon wouldn’t work online and they made it work in store! Got $100 extra off my already sale priced band! So got my first pick for a great price! Thanks!

Great place to shop. The gentleman at the store I always see (I believe it's Barry) is a delight to work with. I always pick up something for my wife around the holidays and I actually look forward to seeing him every year, he's very friendly and fun to chat with. Easily the nicest salesperson I've ever worked with, and it's from a place of really trying to help you out, get to know you/your significant other and what you're looking for, not just separate you from your money! I usually loathe salespeople so this was a pleasant surprise.nnI've been shopping at Zales for a long time and on a couple occasions I've had issues with the jewelry, missing gemstone on a bracelet once and sharp prongs on a couple pieces. If you pay for the warranty the service is pretty decent and usually cost free, but if you don't get the warranty, it can be costly getting something repaired and especially if you need a stone replaced.nnStill I think the prices are fair, they also have good sales different times of the year. Quality is generally good, we've been mostly happy with what we've purchased over the years.
