*** UPDATE *** 8/13/19nStill have not heard any further communication regarding this issue. They STILL owe me my deposit, and I drove by there last night around dusk...gate was wide open without a soul around...FIND ANOTHER STORAGE FACILITY NEARBY...there are plenty around!nnIf I could post lower star rating, I would! Since it's changed owners, gate is ALWAYS open (broken I guess). I moved out because that's just not safe/secure...now I can't get a call back. They owe me money!! Stay away from this place! There are WAY too many storage facilities in the area for this headache!
I've had a 15x5 unit with Windmill for over a year and they're the best price around. Mark is the facility manager/owner and works with you very well. It's not a paved facility but the units have concrete foundations and standard units that you'd find anywhere else for non-climate controlled. Great hidden secret in Anna amongst all the franchise places.
