CVS Pharmacy

Have attempted to give this pharmacy a solid year to improve and it has only gotten worse.nnCustomer service doesn’t exist. Do not expect to feel valued in any form. You are nothing more than an annoyance to them. You may even receive a full dressing down from a pharmacy employee in front of a line of other customers (at no extra cost).nnWith that:nExpect long lines...inside and out.nnDon’t expect them to answer the phone. Ever.nnDon’t expect your discount / copay cards to ever stay on file — expect a heaping dose of attitude when you ask to have it applied and then expect to wait an indeterminable additional amount of time while the pharmacist has to look put out and re-verify the same prescription that now just has a lower copay amount.nnExpect that if you’re being discharged from a hospital and they send your prescriptions to this pharmacy, it will take days to get them filled. You can try and call, but as noted above, they won’t answer. Seriously, you can set the phone on speaker and 42 minutes of horrid sub-Muzak grade hold music later, you’re still waiting. With luck, they’ll finally pick up just as the call magically disconnects.nnDon’t expect to ever use their app to pick up and pay for your order. Despite the great functionally the app adds along with the benefit of not having to touch anything, this store refuses to accept it. They’ll tell you it “crashes their system” without ever trying it. They’d rather have me state my name and date of birth out loud and touch multiple pieces of store equipment — at least identity theft and pandemics aren’t actual things. It seems to work at the thousands of other CVS stores, so it must just be a very specific glitch affecting Store 10673.nnUse any other pharmacy than this. It’s a shame it is the only game in town. For now.

Never has a very common pharmaceutical that many people take in stock. They are always out. The last three months in a row they have not had it. Been taking the same medication for 14 years at Walgreens and it never happened to me one single time. Not even once! Three months in a row here?It was just more convenient location wise, but we could care less now. Never here again
