I feel like I can't touch any books because of COVID, they didn't want my kids touching books, makes for an unpleasant browsing experience.nBut I think once Covid is over I will enjoy visiting much more.nnTheir selection is very good ud83dude42
Very nice customer service. Nice and clean, very comfortable feeling.
I like that the library has adapted during COVID to provide curbside service. They have had many books that I wanted to check out and that’s nice! But, the staff at the library has a lot to learn in regards to customer service and being polite. I once visited late in the day with my daughter. We walked in before closing and selected a book quickly. We went to the front desk to check out, right at 5 minutes before the posted closing time. And we were told we were too late and the computers already shut down. I pointed out we still had a few minutes before closing and asked why the computers would shut down before closing and he just told me that’s the way it is. No further explanation and no apology. Um...ok. I mean, how long does it take to process the checking out of a book? Anyways, we left and were even back in our car before the place officially closed. So, adequate selection of books, but iffy on the customer service.
I love it! I even saw this dog there!
The staff went above and beyond to give me a quiet space for a video call on short notice. They were very helpful and accommodating. I love this place!
