I have used QuickSumo for quarterly pest maintenance for 5 years. I have always been pleased with their service. I get an automated call to tell me my next scheduled date which is great because I do not have to remember to call to schedule the service. If the date they've proposed does not work for my schedule, they are happy to reschedule. Their technicians are always friendly, and they call or text 20 minutes to an hour before arrival. I also really appreciate that any time we have some kind of pest issue in between visits (such as a wasp nest that pops up), they quickly come out to take care of it at no charge. They are also great about wearing booties in the house anytime I request it, and during COVID the techs always maintain their distance and wear their mask over the nose and mouth for the duration of the time in the house. QuickSumo is great! I would definitely recommend them!

Last update: we were sad to see Mendi leave the company. With her gone, we had no reason to stick with a company based 40 minutes away and have switched companies.nnQuick response- came out the next day. I was able to schedule everything via email.nnUpdate: Lidia is so easy to get in touch with via email to schedule all my treatments and requests! Mendi has been phenomenal the last 2 visits and was much more thorough than our last guy. We are still very pleased with the service we have received.nnUpdate update (ha): We’ve now been using Mendi and the QuickSumo team for over 2 years and in 2 different houses. They continue to be great to work with and respond via text quickly!

Great company that works with you, great customer service, sometimes it takes a little while for them to complete but they are busy so I do not take away points. They do a great job and are always professional, courteous and I love the ability to speak via text and email. I have used a few companies but been strong with QuickSumo for a few years and will not change. Thank you!!

Mendi was a great pest control tech. She is very professional and definitely knows her job. Her communication skills are great. She always arrives at the appointed time. She is a great asset for the company.nI highly recommend QuickSumo Pest Control for all your pest control needs.

Super friendly technician, Skip, who did a great job. A few weeks later and we are having no issues with pests at all. I was pleased with their service and would definitely recommend!
