Robert and his team came through for my wife and I...again. This is the second time and the second house in which Robert has installed flooring for us. We had 4 days between our closing and our move in date to get new flooring installed in 5 rooms. Robert was able to get samples to my wife and a quote to us the same day we closed. His installer was out the next day. They pulled carpet, demoed tile, and had the new floor installed a day before our movers were scheduled to arrive. Robert is always professional, very responsive, and his installers are gifted tradesman. I won't use anyone else.
Exactly the service you hope for. From top to bottom, every person involved in remodeling our shower were incredible.nnDennis, our project manager and owner, stayed completely engaged with every moving part. He did EXACTLY what he said he was going to do and treated every employee like family. Fantastic leadership.nnVictor, our demo guy, I’m not sure he ate food between 9am - 6pm. He didn’t stop, he was super polite and cleaned up after himself every night.nnMalcolm, our plumber, how could you not love him. He walked me through his every move and even found time to make my 1 & 4 yr old smile.nnGreat Price, Great Service but most importantly...nn....no company is perfect, things happen. I took 3 bids to remove a rug and ceramic tile in my home and lay new flooring in main areas in my house. Anna flooring had the best pricing and written into the quote the others didn't was replacing the baseboards. So my wife got the new floors plus the larger baseboards she has wanted. Great customer service and wonderful install team kept me informed of progress and expected completion time/date
Friendly, family run business that sub contracts the work out. They left damage to our trim in 3 spots. We made them aware and they agreed to come fix it, but never showed. They also did not smooth out the concrete before laying the floor, so it flexes when you walk on it.nnWould not recommend them. Wish I could add pictures on here of the damage.
Amazing service, friendly staff and professional installers who go above and beyond. Reasonable pricing and plenty of products to choose from. Quick installation and great clean up.
