I was told they were going to start work at 7:30 in the mornings, but they never showed up on time (a minimum of an hour late, 2 hours late frequently). They also left early every day, and not like 4 pm early, like 1pm-3pm early. I don't know how they expect to get any work done when it seems like more than half their day is spent setting up and locking stuff up to leave. Took them an entire week to install the sprinkler system in a loft apartment, and I had plumbers set up the valve and water access for them before the sprinkler guys even started. I really wish I could find a reason to give them 2 or 3 stars... I might come back and modify the review if I have 0 issues over the next year with the system, but let's just say I'm not purchasing any expensive furniture for that loft any time soon.
