My normal hair salon closed permanently after the COVID pandemic. I am new to this area, and a few friends recommended this salon as an alternative. I was able to get in right away for a much needed haircut and color. Macy was very sweet and professional, and did exactly what I wanted done. The place was very clean and the staff was friendly. I would definitely go back again!

I love this salon. I’m a quiet person and I never feel like I’m being pressured to make conversation for hours on end. I’ve been here several times with different people tending to my hair and it’s been great. The last time I went it was after work and I fell asleep while waiting to get my hair processed....best feeling in the world to be that relaxed. I would recommend to everyone.nn-Gisselle

Ellie has done absolutely everything to my hair! When I wanted purple, she gave me purple! When I wanted blonde, she was able to get me there safely and made sure I knew the process it would take to get there. I won’t go to anyone else! Ty Ellie❤ufe0f

I went in for full highlights yesterday. I already have blonde in my hair. I sent her pictures. Per the text message by Kayla, she would do heavy highlights. During the process she had another client to attend to and allowed the bleach to stay on my hair 25 min because she was in a rush. When she rinsed she said “we could have left the bleach on a little longer” She rinsed and it was very thin and didn’t match the rest of my hair because it didn’t process all the way. She asked me if I would like it styled and I asked just for it to be blow dried. She sat me in the chair and said “Here’s my blow dryer, you can use whatever you want” and attended the other client. So I blow dried my own hair. Never in my life have I seen anything like it lol. I figured I’d give it a day and I did just that. Tonight I messaged her explaining I wasn’t happy with the results that it was too thin of highlights and they’re not blonde. I asked if there was any way she could fix it. I reminded her that she stated she would go heavy and she backtracked saying it was a “typo”. She also stated she doesn’t like going over another stylist work. If she didn’t like going over another stylists work she shouldn’t have touched my hair or my money. She tried to say that I “wasn’t sure” if the other stylist colored the top of my hair that’s why she went subtle. I told her it was virgin two times. And in the message after I told her it was my natural hair she stated “oh if it’s virgin I can definitely lift it!” She told me she would fix it but it would cost me the same amount I paid if not more. I just wish she would have compromised or realized her mistake and tried to make it right without making me pay double for something that should have been achieved in one session. If she would have just done what I asked I would have gotten my desired color. She is just a stylist that does what she wants and not what the client wants.

LOVE my hair! Mikayla went above and beyond to be sure my hair was the color and style I wanted. Will definitely go back and recommended to everyone I know.
