A different auto repair shop, while doing an inspection, told me my brakes were bad and needed replacing, but I couldn't afford to replace them at that time. Good thing I waited. Took my truck into Jiffy Lube to replace the brakes and they called me later and told me they are good and don't need replacing. They just recommended an optional brake cleaning and tune-up. They could have replaced the brakes and I would have been none the wiser. Really appreciated their honesty.

This was the first time getting my oil changed while sitting in the vehicle, everyone was very professional and quick. My cashier Jamon D. was so helpful and informative. Thank you!

It is cheaper to go to a dealership than Jiffy Lube to get an oil change ... at Jiffy Lube. Wow! They wanted over $100 to change the oil in my Subaru and then used the scare tactic that if I don't use their magical oil that it will void my warranty. My advice..... Stay as far away from Jiffy Lube as possible. I can almost guarantee they will over fill or under fill and I will have drop marks on my driveway tonight. When I told them I just wanted the oil changed and to not worry about the air filter you would have thought I just kicked them in the nuts. Then, when they realized I wasn't playing the game they made me wait while they did a complete change in a bay that was started 15 minutes after mine. Disrespect! This place is a scam! Stay away. They used to be reputable. Those days are long gone! Especially this location. I was just advised that they accidentally drained my transmission instead of the oil. I doubt they used Subaru approved transmission fluid. And yes they still charged me full price. 9/21 5:00 PM
