I ordered a cake for my daughter to take to her school. It really looked like something I did at home (and I’m not good at making cakes). The whipped cream was falling apart. It was not even level. Also, I asked for Frozen theme and they gave me a PLAIN blue cake with 2 things they just placed on top. I had to buy it at the last minute but very disappointed. It was expensive because it was a “licensed cake” and they could make no adjustments for that matter as well. It did not look professional or store bought. Would never purchase again.
