What an amazing experience! The girls are wonderful, I was assisted by Jennifer she was absolutely amazing, super sweet! I will definitely be going back thanks to her. Amazing jewelry and the store was very clean.

I have purchased many items from BROWNSVILLE because of the excellent customer service... Harlingen is not friendly at all & very slow service! Those young ladies have to change the attitude they have or find a different job! By the way if a customer purchases from the store it should be given in a gift bag no matter if its a gift or a personal purchase! Its proper etiquette!!
