We rented a camper over spring break, had a great time! Great service from American Dream Vacations. They were very thorough when we picked up the camper-going over rental check list. We did have a question while camping and it was easy to contact them. Camper was super clean. Would definitely rent from them again.
What an awesome experience. Billy and Trish were great to work with. Rented a class A for a week long family vacation. RV was super clean and as promised. Kids had a blast with all the features. Process was super easy. We will definitely be renting again from Billy and team.
Overall a wonderful experience. Expecting a perfect trip isn't realistic in my opinion when you are going on an RV adventure. Billy was supper helpful, friendly and easy to work with. He did his best at explaining how the RV operates. Couple things went wrong (it was a 4 year old vehicle), and the guys were available on the phone to assist or have someone local come out at fix it during our trip. Reasonable and fair.nTIP: if you are going into freezing temperatures, ask questions about that specifically so you are ready. Our RV didn't have heat-tape, space heaters, skirting.nThank you!
Updated Review: We picked up, enjoyed and returned the Class C RV. It went very well on all fronts. Billy Mullins was very helpful and professional. We will be utilizing their services again! Much less hassle and uncertainty than Outdoorsy. Great job guys!
Billy was great to work with over the phone. We booked a last minute trip to Austin and were very pleased to find an available RV that met our needs with very little work. Billy handled all of the payment processing personally over the phone and I never felt like I was on my own when renting this RV.nThe RV is in great condition. And the bedroom linens were packed in plastic for each person and clean. The towels looked brand new.nHad no problem with the function of this RV. And the size really was perfect for a family of four.
